Tim Taylor and his wife Brenda were called into the ministry after his return from Desert Storm. During that war the Lord imparted a vision to Tim regarding coming events in the body of Christ. Watchman Ministries International was founded 1992 with a vision to “declare” the coming revelation of God as the “Lord of Hosts” and with a mandate to “prepare” His church to function together as an army. It was at that time that the Lord imparted a vision for the Christian Outreach Network Establishing City-wide Teamwork otherwise known as CONECT.
He is also the founder of Operation Rolling Thunder (ORT) which in 2005 connected National Day of Prayer with the Global Day of Prayer through 24/7 prayer. This powerful strategy simultaneously connects the leaders from all seven spheres of society in each city, region and state through the formation of Transformation Task Forces. These apostolic councils working with the national and international prayer events developed strategic prayer and action plans that have led to remarkable measurable results such as decreasing crime and church growth across numerous congregations in a region. ORT is marked by uncommon cooperation with kingdom minded congregations representing almost every stream and denomination as well as numerous signs and wonders each year. By April 2009, ORT had been used by churches in over 101 cities in 23 nations to establish 24/7/365 prayer in their city.

Tim is a servant leader who carries a vision for the corporate body of Christ. He is the co-founder of Watchman Ministries International, the author of Operation Rolling Thunder, and CONECT. He is known for his passionate preaching, the gift of wisdom, measurable results and the ability to train others to how to develop strategy that effects transformation in a city or region. Over the course of the last 15 years he has functioned as a pastor, teacher, prophet, and mission’s director and as a board member of a ministry overseeing 145 ministries around the world. He has ministered in 23 nations and is recognized as an emerging apostle with an anointing to mobilize, connect the body of Christ, and develop apostolic strategy like an admiral or a general.
